Requested a cover be made. Gave him the plan and photos. Agreed on a price. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Texted him re job status. No response. Waste of my timeIn response to the owners comment- who is Tim Deck? I am from NSW but was in Busselton at the time and did request the job. If the owner had no job sheet it is because his process is flawed. This review is NOT bogus

This guy seemed a little blunt the first time I visited however i got him to fix my caravan annex, he is just a no nonsense guy, fixed on the same day at a reasonable price. thanks

Took a canvas in for a simple zip repair and asked for a quote to build another one. told they were busy which was fine, i could wait. 5 weeks later i call during office hour to find out whats happening. did not answer so i left message to call back. didn't call me back so drove in to see them 2 days later. the canvas was still sitting on the same position it was left in 5 weeks ago.Took canvas with me not repaired. I've never written a bad review for anyone until now. at the very least could have called me. wasted 2 hours driving Dunsborough to Busso twice to not have anything repaired. no apology and a brush me off attitude when i collected.
